Patch 26.13 is live, and it's the official MSI patch. 🎯 Every change below is locked for the entire tournament starting June 28. If you want to climb before the pros take over, here's exactly where every champion stands right now.

The bot lane just received a massive injection of diversity. Three ADCs got targeted buffs that push them from A-tier into real MSI contention.
Aphelios is the biggest winner this patch: every gun passive received a damage increase, with Calibrum's AD ratio bonus going from 10% to 15%. He was already mechanically punishing, and his scaling now makes him genuinely terrifying in late game. Pair him with an engage support and don't let him breathe. 🔥
Draven gets welcome improvements: Stand Aside's cooldown drops to 16-12s and Whirling Death's minimum damage floor goes from 40% to 50%. The king of snowball becomes even harder to punish after his first kill.
Kai'Sa gets the biggest raw numbers of the three: Killer Instinct's shield goes from 70-90-110 to 100-150-200. That's nearly double the safety on her dive. In a meta where she evolves fast and plays aggressive, this makes her a clear top-tier pick heading into MSI.

WBoth tank and assassin junglers received buffs in 26.13, opening up team composition flexibility significantly.
Olaf sees Undertow's bonus physical damage against monsters jump to 120 at max rank, up from 80. His clear speed is no longer a weak point, and his early gank pressure was already solid. Expect him in pro rotations before the first MSI week ends.
Poppy benefits from Hammer Shock's damage cap on monsters going from 50-170 to 75-195. She was already viable, but this makes her a first-pick threat, especially with the tank meta remaining relevant in competitive.
Qiyana jungle gets a boost to Edge of Ixtal's monster damage from 155% to 175%. She's always had strong carry potential in the right hands, and this finally makes her clears consistent enough to run at all levels of play.
That hurts. Senna has been the dominant bot lane carry for most of the season, and Riot hit her in three places at once.
Soul generation from her own kills drops from 10% to 5%. The critical damage penalty gets heavier, moving from -10% to -15%. And her Q cooldown refund now triggers on attack instead of impact, fundamentally changing how her build interacts with the spell.
Bottom line: the Senna crit carry build is dead. Her power in both soloqueue and competitive takes a serious hit. She's still playable as support, but the wave that made her dominant has passed. 📊 Check the full patch details in LoL Patch 26.13 Notes.

Riot Games
Cassiopeia loses 6 health per level (from 104 to 98). It sounds minor, but that's nearly 100 less HP at level 18, directly targeting her durability in extended lane fights and competitive.
K'Sante sees Footwork shield values and bonus health scaling both reduced. The top lane tank-carry hybrid loses some of the stats that kept him dominant. Still viable, but less reliable in prolonged all-ins.
Sion receives a double nerf: Decimating Smash's minimum damage decreases, and Soul Furnace mana costs increase. He becomes more resource-dependent and full AP one-shot builds take a clear step back.
Locke, the new AP mid lane assassin, just arrived June 24. No win rates. No data. No consensus builds. He's brand new and the community is still figuring out how to optimize him.
He could be broken. He could be bad. Watch his stats closely before you invest. Get the full kit breakdown in our Locke guide.
Ranked 5v5 mode comes back June 26, just two days before MSI play-ins kick off. Perfect timing to lock in your team compositions around the new meta.
With Aphelios and Kai'Sa as top-tier picks, ADC carry comps are solid. Pair them with Poppy or Olaf in the jungle for a frontline that scales hard into late game. Jump into the 5v5 ranked queue and compete on Amber.gg.
