TFT Patch 18.3: Wolf Bros Reroll and the Comps to Climb
TFT patch 18.3 is the Enchanted Wilds rebalance reroll players were waiting for: Warwick and Murkwolf are back, Blossom Charms and Wisps lost value, and Combat Augments got stronger.
TFT patch 18.3 is live, and it finally gives the reroll comps hiding in Enchanted Wilds a reason to exist. Riot shipped the update on September 22, 2026, and the headline is easy to read: the Wolf Bros are back, Blossom Charms and Wisps got trimmed, and Combat Augments got the buffs they have been waiting three patches for. π₯
If you play between Gold and Master, this is the patch where a level 6 reroll becomes a real plan. Here is what changed, with the exact numbers.
π― What TFT patch 18.3 changes in one minute
- Wolf Bros reroll is viable again: Warwick and Murkwolf both got AD, and Warwick heals more.
- Blossom Charms lost value: six Charms nerfed, Heroic Sacrifice and Hugify included.
- Wisps cost more: Blood and Iron, Three Me and the Stat Boosters all got worse.
- Combat Augments are the winners: Hold the Line, Jeweled Lotus I, Group Hug and Spirit of Redemption all got stronger.
- High-end Emblems reined in: Hunter, Invoker and Juggernaut lost power at their top breakpoints.

Riot Games patch 18.3 highlights.
Riot's own framing is blunt: "Buff struggling rerollers, squash bugs (not you Kha'Zix), and Enchant the Wilds!" In practice, the Enchanted Wilds (set 18) Charm and Wisp engines were doing too much for their gold cost, and the units nobody dared to reroll are meant to come back.
πΊ Wolf Bros reroll is back on the menu
Warwick goes from 215/325/500 to 230/345/535 AD, and his ability healing jumps from 20% to 25%. Murkwolf's empowered attack goes from 60/90/135 to 65/100/160 AD.
Riot's advice is specific: sacrifice an Attack Fighter and not a Tank for the Blackthorn Hex, then build Titan's Resolve and Spear of Shojin on Warwick, because mana regen means ramping attack speed. Murkwolf stays the positioning check.
Gromp got the other half: AP form DoT 160/240/360 to 175/265/410, AD form attack speed 0.7 to 0.75, and AD form base AD 45 to 50. Both buffed in one patch looks scary, but most Riftbeast comps do not run them together as carries.
π Units that gained real power
Karma finally gets a buff at every star level: 120/180/270/460 to 125/185/300/515 AP. She is the mid-game reroll carry Riot wants you to try at three stars.
Alistar was "a big health bar when three-starred", so his ability damage goes from 100/150/225 to 180/270/420 AP and his heal from 200/260/320 to 230/300/400 AP. That is a different unit.
The rest of the buff list:
- Cassiopeia: 400/600/950 to 425/630/1020 AP, now that 6 Defender is weaker.
- Rammus: shield 350/450/550 to 400/550/725.
- Azir: 43/65/103 to 46/69/110 AP.
- Lillia: heal 325/475 to 350/525 AP, aimed at making her a utility tank you can itemize.
- Lux: Solar Lux bonus damage per three-star 12% to 15%.
- Taric: heal 250/375 to 275/450 AP.
π Blossom Charms, Wisps and Emblems take the hits
Blossom at three units was too much value for a handful of overperforming Wisps, so the Charm list got long. The ones you will feel most:
- Heroic Sacrifice: 40% to 35% AD/AP, and 40 to 35 Armor/MR.
- Hugify: 600 to 500 Health.
- Blaze: 1.5% to 1.25% max Health.
- Combust: 22% to 18%.
- Blood Money: cost 1g to 2g.
- Moonlight Ritual: cost 2g to 3g.
- Curio Cart: bonus gold 2g to 1g.
- Animate Shop Duration: 26s to 24s.
Wisps took their own pass on top of that. Stat Boosters drop from 10 to 8 Armor and MR and from 8% to 6% attack speed. Blood and Iron costs 3g to 4g, Three Me goes from 9g to 10g, Combust explosion damage falls from 18% to 15%, and Mana-Rich Soil's mana reduction goes from 18% to 15%. Thingamajig is also less likely to hand you mana regen boosters.
The trait and Emblem nerfs hit the top breakpoints, where a good Emblem was worth too much:
- Coven Essence per loss: 18/25/32/60 to 22/28/35/60 (the one buff here).
- Defender max resists: 120 to 115.
- Hunter max bonus AD: 65% to 60%.
- Inferno max burn: 4.5% to 4%.
- Invoker max mana regen: 9 to 8.
- Emblems: Hunter 18% to 15% AD per takedown, Invoker 3 to 2, Juggernaut 15 to 10. Brawler Emblem actually goes up, from 2% to 2.5% max Health.
On the unit side, Ornn slows down: three-star Forge Power bonus +100% to +85% and the second Artifact threshold from 155,000 to 140,000. Veigar's AP per kill drops from 3% to 2%, though his base ability damage climbs from 175/265/395/670 to 200/300/450/765 AP. Nidalee's AD form drops from 225/340 to 210/315, with a bug fix that now grants the intended 60% armor pen instead of 40%. Taric's passive shield falls from 100/225 to 75/150.

π§° Combat Augments are the quiet winners
This is the part most players will skim, and it is where a cheap advantage is hiding. Combat Augments were deprioritized all set in favor of econ, so Riot pushed them up:
- Hold the Line: AD 9% to 11%, AP 10% to 11%.
- Giant and Mighty: 200 to 225 Health.
- Group Hug I and II: resists 6 to 7, and 9 to 10.
- Jeweled Lotus I: crit chance 10% to 15%.
- Spirit of Redemption: 7.5% to 9% heal.
- Upward Mobility: 1 to 2 rerolls on level.
- Shimmerscale Essence: round delay 8 to 6.
The nerfs land on Augments that were already overperforming. Retribution loses crit chance, 25% to 15%. Early Learnings goes from 5% to 3% baseline AD/AP. Electrocharge I drops from 30/50/70/90 to 25/40/60/80 damage by stage. Item Extraction gives 3 extractions instead of 4. Future Focused pays 5 gold instead of 8. Infinity Protection is disabled entirely while Riot hunts its bug.
Artifacts moved too: The Collector 40% to 35% AD, Eternal Pact 15 to 10 mana per tank ability cast, while Statikk Shiv climbs from 15% to 25% base AP, so it is worth picking up late without a Kayle.
π Bug fixes, then what to play
Two fixes matter more than the balance lines: PvE rounds spawning no monsters are repaired, and the Augment UI bug that could make you pick the wrong Augment is gone. If your last few games felt cursed, that is why.
So what do you queue? Riot points at Wolf Bros level 6 reroll first, Blackthorn sacrifice on an Attack Fighter. Blossom and Wisp lines are weaker but not dead: they lost gold efficiency, not win conditions, so slam them when the opener hands you Charms. Comps leaning on Combat Augments rather than econ quietly improved, and Gromp or Cassiopeia comps absorb the buffs directly.
One honest caveat: nothing here is a guaranteed top four. Patch 18.3 changed power ceilings and floors, and your positioning decides the rest. π
