Patch 26.13 just hit the servers — and this is the MSI patch. 🎯 Every change below is locked in for the entire tournament starting June 28. If you want to climb before the pros take over, here's exactly where each champion stands right now.

The bot lane just got a huge diversity injection. Three ADCs received targeted buffs that push them from A-tier into serious MSI contention.
Aphelios is the biggest winner this patch: every single gun passive got a damage upgrade, with Calibrum's mark bonus AD scaling jumping from 10% to 15%. He's already mechanically punishing, and his scaling now makes him genuinely scary in the late game. Pair him with engage support and don't let him breathe. 🔥
Draven gets meaningful quality-of-life improvements, with Stand Aside cooldown dropping to 16-12s and his Whirling Death minimum damage floor raised from 40% to 50%. The snowball king becomes even harder to punish after his first kill.
Kai'Sa picks up the biggest raw numbers of the three: Killer Instinct shield jumps from 70-90-110 to 100-150-200. That's nearly double the safety on her dive. In a meta where she evolves fast and plays aggressive, this easily locks her in as a top pick heading into MSI.
Check how these three fared last cycle in the LoL Tier List Patch 26.12.
Tank and assassin junglers both got buffed in 26.13, which opens up team comp flexibility significantly.
Olaf sees his Undertow monster bonus physical damage scale up to 120 at max rank, up from 80. His clear speed is no longer a weakness, and his early gank pressure was already strong. Expect him in pro rotations before MSI week ends.
Poppy's Hammer Shock monster damage cap jumps from 50-170 to 75-195. She was already viable, but this turns her into a first-pick threat, especially with the tank meta staying relevant in competitive play.
Qiyana jungle gets a 155% to 175% monster damage boost on Edge of Ixtal. She has always had high carry potential in the right hands, and this finally makes her clears consistent enough to pilot at any rank.
This one stings. Senna was the dominant bot laner for most of the season, and Riot hit her in three places at once.
Soul generation from her own kills drops from 10% to 5%. Her crit damage penalty gets heavier: from -10% to -15%. And her Q cooldown refund now triggers on-attack instead of on-hit, fundamentally changing how her build interacts with the ability.
The short version: the Senna crit carry build is dead. Her power in both soloqueue and pro play takes a serious hit. She is still playable as a support, but the wave that made her dominant is gone. 📊 For full patch change details, see the LoL Patch 26.13 Notes.

Riot Games
Cassiopeia loses 6 health per level (104 to 98). It sounds minor, but that adds up to nearly 100 HP by level 18, directly targeting her durability in extended lane fights and pro play.
K'Sante sees Footwork shield values and bonus health scaling both cut. The top lane tank-carry hybrid loses some of the stats that kept him dominant. Still a pick, but less reliable in prolonged all-ins.
Sion takes a double nerf: Decimating Smash minimum damage goes down, and Soul Furnace mana costs go up. He becomes more resource-dependent and the full-AP one-shot builds take a clear step back.
Locke, the new AP assassin mid laner, just arrived on June 24. No win rates. No data. No consensus builds. He's brand new and the community is still solving his kit.
He could be broken. He could be bad. Watch his numbers closely before committing to a main. Learn the full kit breakdown in our Locke guide.
Ranked 5s mode comes back on June 26, just two days before MSI play-ins kick off. Perfect timing to lock in your team compositions around the new meta.
With Aphelios and Kai'Sa as top picks, ADC-carry comps are strong. Pair them with Poppy or Olaf in the jungle for a frontline that scales hard into the late game. Jump into the ranked 5s queue and compete in a real team ladder on Amber.gg.
