EDG kept pace with a clean 2-0 sweep over All Gamers: 13-7 on Fracture, 13-6 on Lotus. CHICHOO's ability to flex between Controller and Sentinel was the difference-maker, finishing with 87% KAST and just 20 deaths across the series 🔥.
EDG then confirmed their upper-final dominance, sweeping XLG 2-0 (13-9 Split, 13-8 Breeze) with CHICHOO posting a 1.49 rating. China's third ticket was sealed by Dragon Ranger Gaming: DRG outlasted All Gamers 2-1 across Lotus, Split, and Haven, vo0kashu topping the series with 53 kills and a 1.39 rating. All three China slots are now locked in 🇨🇳.
EDG completed the job on May 10, winning the Stage 1 China Grand Final 3-2 over XLG. XLG took Fracture (13-6) and Haven (13-9), but EDG claimed Split (15-13), Breeze (13-5), and a decisive Pearl (13-4) to lift the trophy. It's EDG's first regional title in 470 days, and they go to London as the clear top seed from China 🏆.

FUT Esports and Team Vitality sealed the two EMEA upper-bracket playoff spots on May 9, confirming their places at Masters London 2026. Two contrasting stories, one shared destination: London.
FUT beat Eternal Fire 2-1 in an all-Turkish upper-bracket semifinal, with s0pp accumulating 59 eliminations across the series. It's FUT's first global event since Champions 2024, built around an almost entirely new roster. The drama: s0pp and coach Vlad previously won EMEA Ascension alongside several Eternal Fire players, making this a reunion with extra stakes.
Vitality ended a five-year curse by beating FNATIC 2-0, snapping an 8-loss streak that stretched back years. Derke absolutely dismantled his former team on Breeze, racking up 20 kills in a single defensive half. Haven extended to 15-13 overtime before Vitality sealed it. A superteam that struggled through Stage 1 has now punched its London ticket 🎟️.
The May 10 lower bracket round brought two strong performances. Heretics dismantled BBL 2-0: a dominant 13-4 on Breeze, then a gutsy 14-12 comeback on Ascent after trailing 9-3. Gentle Mates eliminated Liquid 2-1, finishing with a ruthless 13-2 on Fracture. Both BBL and Liquid are out of contention 💀.

The Pacific playoffs delivered two major upsets on May 9. Paper Rex and T1, the tournament favorites, both fell in the upper-bracket semifinals. The teams heading to London instead: Global Esports and FULL SENSE.

FULL SENSE swept T1 2-0 to book their first international berth since Champions Seoul 2024. Star player primmie was lights-out with the Operator, racking up nine kills on Pearl alone. It's a massive moment for a side that was competing in tier two not long ago.
PRX and T1 drop to the lower bracket, where they'll battle Nongshim RedForce and DetonatioN FocusMe for the final Pacific spot. Don't count out the former champions just yet 💪.
