Miks is still new on the roster, and Patch 12.11 cleans up two early frustrations. M-Pulse no longer grants assists for healing uninjured allies: a subtle bug that was muddying assist counts and inflating Miks's apparent impact in post-game stats.
The ability toggle responsiveness has also been corrected, making M-Pulse feel more reliable in high-pressure clutch moments. If you're maining Miks or experimenting with the new agent in ranked, this patch should noticeably improve the feel.
Several core agents get quality-of-life corrections in 12.11:
Smaller fixes also land this patch: spike line repetition on Fracture's zipline, HUD VFX shifts in left-handed mode for Skye, Neon, and Fade, and audio cue corrections for Clove.

Judge minimum spread: 2.25 → 2.5 (Console)
This brings console in line with the PC nerf from VALORANT Patch 12.10. Not a massive shift, but Judge players on console will notice slightly less consistency on aggressive close-range pushes. PC players are unaffected.
Breeze: Fixed a bug that allowed agent abilities to lock onto enemies hiding behind the large boxes on A Main. This restores proper cover geometry in one of Breeze's most contested spots.
Lotus: A known issue with doors sometimes failing to open remains unresolved in 12.11. Riot has acknowledged the bug, keep it in mind when playing Lotus this patch.
Act 3 Premier playoffs get a two-day structure:
Riot also fixed team tag visibility in the buy menu and improved error messaging when duplicate team names or tags are detected. Get your team info sorted before the June 20 kickoff.
Patch 12.11 is a green light 🟢. The meta is locked, and that's intentional: Riot wanted a stable competitive environment heading into VCT Masters London 2026, which starts June 12. What pros play on the LAN stage is exactly what you'll face in ranked lobbies.
